Where I live, recycling and other waste are collected with little problem. However, many residents in Leamington have complained that waste collectors leave litter strewn around and the bins scattered across the pavement.
We’ve complained to the council about this happening in Kennan Avenue and they’ve promised to act. Let me know if action is needed where you live!
